Summary of the role:
- You will be responsible for leading the Credit Marketing function, driving business growth through strategic partnerships, customer acquisition initiatives, and effective management of sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s Credit Marketing strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels to drive sustainable business growth.
- Establish annual business plans, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Credit Marketing department.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Business Development
- Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Expand strategic partnerships to improve customer acquisition, retention and increase financing opportunities.
- Analyse portfolio performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability and market penetration.
- Financial Performance
- Drive achievement of loan disbursement, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Monitor departmental budgets and optimise resource utilisation.
- Prepare management reports, business forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
- Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the Credit Marketing team to achieve departmental targets.
- Monitor sales performance and productivity through regular reporting and performance reviews.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Banking, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in finance, banking, sales, or marketing would be an advantage.
- Business Development
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Credit Marketing within the financial services or banking industry.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales, business development, or credit marketing teams.
- Proven track record in achieving business growth and managing strategic partnerships.

- Perform transaction reviews by extracting, analysing, and documenting the required details in the review.

Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to oversee the operations in the Leasing & Maintenance Department that is based in our Head Office in the CBD.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct periodic maintenance of assigned Facilities and utilities systems but not limited to electrical, building/carpark maintenance, fire alarm system, security, cleaning and pest control, to ensure a safe and reliable business environment for our staff and tenants.
- Ensure audit readiness by complying with effective standards, regulatory/statutory requirements.
- Achieve financial objectives by managing allocated budget and recommending / initiating cost improvement measures.
- Maintain close and regular liaison with tenants to ensure satisfaction with all aspects of Tenancy Management.

Job Description
As the Company’s Legal Counsel, you will manage all legal, regulatory, and corporate secretarial matters to protect the Company’s business interests and ensure that it complies with all relevant laws and regulations. This will include identifying and advising on legal issues and risks affecting business and support groups, managing, and negotiating contracts and documentation, overseeing industry regulatory compliance, and managing corporate secretarial support and relationship with external legal counsel.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the Company and staff comply with the laws of Singapore via
- the provision of legal advice on all legal matters and
- conducting checks on the legal documents.
- Ensure that the agreements entered by the Company with third party vendors and/or service providers are not detrimental to the interests of the Company by vetting the terms and conditions of the said agreements.

- Degree in Law.
- At least 8 years of post-qualification work experience in a law firm or in an in-house position, preferably in Corporate Law.
