Job Description

  • Schedule and commence periodic maintenance of assigned Facilities and utilities systems but not limited to electrical, building/carpark maintenance, fire alarm system, security, cleaning and pest control, to ensure a safe and reliable business environment
  • Ensure audit readiness by complying with effective standards, regulatory/statutory requirements
  • Achieve financial objectives by managing allocated budget; recommend and initiate cost improvement measures

Job Description

  • This role involves assisting in the planning, organizing, executing and implementation of Information Technology banking projects. You will assist in developing, maintaining, and supporting the implementation of various IT projects and programs.
  • You will be responsible for defining project goals, managing internal and external stakeholders, building and tracking project timelines and dependencies.
  • You will interact and engage with industry vendors for evaluating their products and solutions in meeting the required business needs.
  • You will also be responsible for assessment and study of the various products, processes and make recommendations for vendor and their business solutions.
  • As part of the IT team, you will interact with internal team to understand the current system architecture and assist in managing the project ensuring that policies and procedures remained aligned to the Company’s risk appetite, business and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Project Coordinator or similar role
  • At least 4 years of direct experience working on coordinator role within the banking sector
  • In-depth understanding of project management and stakeholder management topics
  • Preferably possess Project Management certification and/or training
  • Proven experience in project coordination and implementation programmes, systems and applications in the banking sector

Transaction Monitoring Officer/ Assistant Manager - Compliance

Job Description

  • Assist with timely client on-boarding and ongoing review and monitoring.
  • Provide support and guidance to first line of defence on the document requirement for individual and non-individual clients.
  • Provide advisory on AML CFT related matters and red flags identified by staff of the company.
  • Ensure adverse news hits and increased risk factors have been appropriately identified and escalated in accordance with the company’s procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely monitoring, reviewing, investigating and disposal of daily alerts generated by the automated Transaction Monitoring (TM) System and name screening system.
  • Liaise with team, business/ support units on the investigation of cases and provide transaction monitoring and name screening advisory on alerts flagged.
  • Review and disposal of transaction alerts escalated by the team.
  • Follow up on media/ adverse news reporting that requires review of customers’ transactional behaviour.
  • Conduct periodic sample checks on the quality of alerts disposed and to put up recommendation/ proposal for improvements.
  • Conduct annual and ad hoc review of TM alert scenarios/ threshold/ parameters.
  • Manage TM system enhancement activities including UAT, fine tuning of existing/ new enhancement requirements.
  • Assist to provide statistics and trend analysis for periodic management report on transaction and name screening alerts flagged.
  • Reporting, investigating, documenting and filing of STR on suspicious transactions and fraudulent activities.
  • Provide training/guidance to junior compliance officers on disposal of transaction and name screening alerts.
  • Handle queries from MAS, auditors and other external parties relating to TM and name screening system and processes.
  • Keep up to date with investigation best practices including staying relevant with latest typologies, with a view to incorporate appropriate updates into the AML/CFT policy and procedure.
  • Conduct annual and ad hoc review of the AML/CFT policy and procedures relating to TM system and activities.
  • Conduct gap analysis on new/existing MAS Notices, Guidelines, Circulars relating to AML CFT related matters affecting TM and name screening system and processes.
  • Assist with any other task as assigned by Team Lead, Deputy and Head of Compliance.
  • Assume as covering officer for Team Members/ Team Lead/ Supervisor when required.

Requirements

  • A recognized university degree, tertiary education or relevant professional qualification in financial service.
  • 2-5 years’ experience working in a similar capacity.
  • Sound knowledge of applicable Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Regulations.
  • Possess strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to details and have an investigative, inquisitive and questioning nature.

IT Infrastructure and Security Specialist - Information Technology

Job Description

  • Review and enhance the current IT Systems, Policies and Procedures.
  • Contribute to IT Infrastructure setup, maintenance and operations.
  • Support incident reporting and tracking system, including reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on the corrective measures and improvement areas.
  • Monitor and advise on the operating effectiveness of information security workflows and controls.
  • Monitor network usage and application logs to ensure compliance with security policies.

Requirements

  • Degree holder.
  • Experience in managing financial sector IT security requirements, best practices and methodologies, IT governance and regulatory requirements, including direct responsibility for application and infrastructure security.
  • Display proficiency in Microsoft applications, Active Directory, virtual machines, OS and Networking Systems.
  • Good knowledge of information security and cybersecurity risks and controls, processes, workflows, methodologies, and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for project deliverables.
  • Strong initiative to proactively find solutions to requirements.
  • Experience in Cyber Security Operations, Incident Response, Forensic Investigation, Threat Intelligence or Vulnerability Management, Security Incident Response and Penetration Testing.

  • Block, floor, direct car administrative function

  • Lodge Form B to discharge SIF interest upon hire purchase facility has been fully redeemed

Job Description

  • Acquire and build a strong network of SME customers and boutique developers for loan products and credit facilities. For auto loan products, being familiar with Block Discounting, Floor Stock and Direct facilities would be advantageous.
  • Develop new portfolios while increasing its profitability through cross-selling and referrals
  • Achieve individual sales revenue and loan targets
  • Analyse financial statements and structure credit facilities to ensure good credit quality
  • Possess strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Min Diploma level
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a lending environment and working knowledge of mortgage loans, hire purchase financing, receivables financing or other types of loans (e.g. property development, land & construction, invoice factoring, auto loans)
  • Preferably with an established network of business contacts especially in the SME sector or tie-up with loan/ mortgage brokers. Strong ability to source and generate leads independently

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in accounting, business, banking and finance with minimum 1 year of experience (credit or SMEs lending) in preparing financial spreadsheet, originating credit proposal and preparing related reports etc with good foundation in accounting, economics, statistics will be desirable
  • Fresh graduate with degree in banking and finance, business and economics may apply
  • Good understanding of property and motor vehicle market will be an added advantage
