How to service your instalment?
- Step 1: Select Bills
- Step 2: Select Loans and select Sing Investments & Finance Limited
- Step 3: Enter your loan account number, payment amount and contact number
- Step 4: Check and confirm your payment details
Follow the on-screen instruction to complete your payment process. Bill payment can be made either with NETS, ATM card or cash card.
Once payment is completed, a transaction receipt will be printed for your records.
Note: Payments on weekdays (after 5pm) or weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Not meant for capital repayment or full redemption of the loan.
AXS e-Station & AXS m-Station
For greater convenience, you can now service your loan instalment and/or pay your bills via the digital channels – AXS e-Station (an online channel) and AXS m-Station (a mobile app) in the comforts of your home anytime, anywhere.
AXS e-Station
- Visit www.axs.com.sg and select "Start Now" under AXS e-Station
- Select the Pay Bills category
- Select Loans and select Sing Investments & Finance Limited
- Enter the required information and proceed to payment.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction.
AXS m-Station
- The app can be used on both Apple and Android smartphones and tablets and can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play.
- Select the Bills category
- Select Loans and select Sing Investments & Finance Limited
- Enter the required information and proceed to payment.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction.
Usage of these two digital channels for your monthly instalment payment (s) to us is free.
