For SIF BIZ Mobile or SIF BIZ Online (Business) users, if you suspect your login credentials have already been compromised, please contact your Corporate Admin user immediately to suspend your access.

  • Emergency use ONLY if you are a victim of scam or suspected scam

Once the digital access to your SIF Mobile or SIF Online (Personal) account is disabled, you will receive an SMS/email notification and any active login session will be terminated. To reactivate your access, you may visit any of our SingFinance branches in person with your NRIC or passport.

If your e-services credentials have been compromised, please also lodge a police report immediately after informing us. This can be done via the Singapore Police Force website or at any police station island-wide.
