Recruitment Fraud

Compliance Officer - Compliance

Responsibilities

  1. Regulatory Compliance and Monitoring:
    • Perform customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and periodic reviews for high-risk clients, including PEPs.
    • Conduct ongoing transaction monitoring and name-screening using the company’s AML systems.
    • Provide advisory on AML/CFT related matters and red flags identified by staff of the company.
    • Investigate and escalate unusual or suspicious transactions; prepare and file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the STRO.
    • Support compliance testing.
    • Stay abreast of changes to MAS AML/CFT/PF laws, rules and regulations; recommend updates to internal procedures.
  2. Advisory and Reporting:
    • Provide AML/CFT compliance advice to business units on high-risk transactions etc.
    • Assist in preparing regulatory returns and internal management reports.
    • Support responses to MAS or internal audit queries.
  3. Policy and Training:
    • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of AML/CFT/PF policies and procedures.
    • Conduct or coordinate AML/CFT training and awareness sessions for staff.
  4. Systems implementation and/or enhancement:
    • Support names screening and transaction monitoring system tuning.
    • Perform trend analysis across business units.

Requirements

  • A recognized university degree, tertiary education or relevant professional qualification in financial service.
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar capacity.
  • Sound knowledge of applicable Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing laws, rules and regulations.
  • Possess strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams – High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Attention to details and have an investigative, inquisitive and questioning nature.
  • Team player, proactive and able to work well independently.

Relationship Manager (Auto) - Credit Marketing

Job Description

  • Acquire and build a strong network of customers for auto loan products mainly block discounting, Floor Stocking and direct facilities
  • Develop new portfolio with an aim to achieve revenue and customer retention goals while increasing portfolio’s profitability through cross-selling and referral development
  • Achieve individual sales revenue targets
  • Analyse financial statements and structure credit facilities to ensure good credit quality
  • Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimally Diploma level
  • 1 to 3 years of proven track record in banking/ finance industry with relevant experience in a lending environment and working knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Preferably with an established network of business contacts and strong ability to source and generate leads independently

Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals with the experience and/or aptitude to grow our customer base. You will be expected to:

  • Acquire and build a strong network of SME customers and boutique developers for loan products and credit facilities. For auto loan products, being familiar with Block Discounting, Floor Stock and Direct facilities would be advantageous
  • Develop new portfolios while increasing its profitability through cross-selling and referrals
  • Achieve individual sales revenue and loan targets
  • Analyse financial statements and structure credit facilities to ensure good credit quality

Requirements

  • Min Diploma level
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a lending environment and working knowledge of mortgage loans, hire purchase financing, receivables financing or other types of loans (e.g. property development, land & construction, invoice factoring, auto loans)
  • Preferably with an established network of business contacts especially in the SME sector or tie-up with loan/ mortgage brokers. Strong ability to source and generate leads independently
  • Good understanding of financial analysis is preferred
  • Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills

Credit Analyst - Credit Control

Job Description

  • To perform credit evaluation and risk analysis of Corporate and Individual Borrowers.
  • To perform annual and periodic review of loans portfolio, product manual, reports etc.
  • Conduct KYC, AML Checks, financial spreading, preparation of credit related reports etc.
  • Undertake adhoc projects as assigned by Head of Department.

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in accounting, business, banking and finance with minimum 1 year of experience (credit or SMEs lending) in preparing financial spreadsheet, originating credit proposal and preparing related reports etc with good foundation in accounting, economics, statistics will be desirable.
  • Fresh graduate with degree in banking and finance, business and economics may apply.
  • Good understanding of property and motor vehicle market will be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, analytical, details, good report writing skills, proficient in words, excel etc.
  • Familiar with consumer banking i.e. MAS 825, 829, 831 etc.
  • Good team player, proactive and keen learner.

Assistant Manager - Leasing & Maintenance

We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to oversee the operations in the Leasing & Maintenance Department that is based in our Head Office in the CBD.

Job Description

  • Schedule and commence periodic maintenance of assigned Facilities and utilities systems but not limited to electrical, building/carpark maintenance, fire alarm system, security, cleaning and pest control, to ensure a safe and reliable business environment.
  • Ensure audit readiness by complying with effective standards, regulatory/statutory requirements.
  • Achieve financial objectives by managing allocated budget; recommend and initiate cost improvement measures.
  • Maintain close and regular liaison with tenants to ensure satisfaction with all aspects of Tenancy Management and Leasing.
  • Source and secure suitable tenants to maximize yield.
  • Handle all lease documentation, rent review and other service contracts negotiations.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Real Estate or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity in leasing and maintenance.
  • Sound understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and task oriented.
