Ms Quan joined the board on 27 April 2021. She is a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee.

Ms Quan is a highly respected senior bank executive with an outstanding track record built over more than 30 years in the industry. Her career experience spans across Corporate Banking (1987 to 1995), Investment Banking (1996 to 2011) and Private Banking (2011 to 2016), mainly in the risk management space. Ms Quan officially retired in year 2017 and presently provides consulting advice on credit risk and governance matters on an ad hoc basis.

Ms Quan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
