Mr Toh joined the board on 2 January 2019. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee.

Mr Toh retired as a partner from Baker Tilly TFW LLP. He currently provides audit consultancy services and conducts training courses. He is a member of the Investigation and Disciplinary Panel of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Mr Toh is a fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
