Mr Kuah joined the Board on 27 April 2023. He is the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Loan Committee.

Mr Kuah is the Group Chief Executive Officer of MTQ Corporation Limited. He is also on the board of directors of UOB-Kay Hian Holdings Limited and The Hour Glass Limited. He had served as CEO for South East Asia and Singapore Terminals as well as Chief Financial Officer of PSA International Pte Ltd.

Mr Kuah holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, London. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
