Mr Kuah joined the Board on 27 April 2023. He is the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Loan Committee.

Mr Kuah is a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of MTQ Corporation Limited. He is also an Independent, Non-Executive Director of The Hour Glass Limited. Mr Kuah’s extensive experience includes his roles as CEO of South East Asia and Singapore Terminals, as well as Chief Financial Officer of PSA International Pte Ltd.

Mr Kuah holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, London. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
